As a little girl from the south, I have always had a passion for cooking and after my downfall in health in 201

I had to unlearn my definition of “soul food”. This is when Healthy Soul Food was created. 

Now, as I move forward by doing what I love while having fun, its deliciously overwhelming and satisfying.
